Purpose of this website
This website presents operational and commercial support to find, assess and prepare for public procurement opportunities for businesses across sectors. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing.
Fee model
1% of the awarded contract amount excluding VAT, with a €1,000 minimum, payable after contract formalisation. No monthly fee or retainer. No success fee is due without an award and formalisation. The €1,000 minimum is not an upfront fee and is not added to the 1%. The basis excludes VAT on the awarded contract; applicable taxes will be added to our fees.
Scope and responsibilities
The service agreement identifies covered opportunities, deliverables and the treatment of partial or lot-based awards. The client provides accurate information, pricing and technical knowledge, and reviews, validates, signs and submits its bid. Participation may involve time and the client’s own or third-party costs.
Limitations
The published information and service do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. Galil Ganduil Advisory does not guarantee public contract awards. Awards depend on the contracting authority, tender criteria and competition. Specialist advisory needs are identified and the scope is defined before accepting the engagement.
